This model is designed to interweave plastic round fiber with high strength polyster fiber into mesh. Two pieces of heddle frames are used on machine, an extra half heddle device is applied, which is driven and beat in left and right direction alternatively, therefore the warp yarn can form an interwoven shed, while the weft yarn will be sprayed into the shedding and weave into mesh fabric.
Currently, this model of interweave water jet loom is able to weave: Three-interweave mesh, Five-interweave mesh and Seven-interweave mesh.
